Hastings is a historic town on the southern coast of England, known for its rich heritage. The town became famous due to the Battle of Hastings in 1066, which significantly influenced the history of Great Britain. Today, Hastings attracts tourists with its charming beaches, the quaint streets of the Old Town, and one of the oldest operating cliff railways in the world, leading to the top of the West Hill.
